Keeping active and fit isn ’ t new to Ted Hopgood , age 74 , who spent 31 years in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer . “ I had been a lifelong runner for over 40 years , but my knees and feet were giving me problems ,” Ted says .
Ted ’ s wife started going to SuperSlow Zone three years before him , 18 years ago . “ I was very impressed with the results my wife had gotten ,” says Ted . “ I was looking for a good program and SuperSlow Zone fit the bill very well .”
SuperSlow Zone is for anyone and everyone , no matter the age or experience with exercise . Each client is paired with an accredited , certified instructor , who works with them each week and helps them sustain maximum results and rewards in minimum time .
Each exercise session is just 20 minutes and clients only need to go one to two times per week . Ted says he enjoys working one-on-one with his instructor
for the workouts and that he is happy with the results .
