HealthPoint has been a Family Planning provider since the 1970s . As a Healthy Texas Women and Family Planning provider , HealthPoint provides women ’ s health services to eligible individuals throughout the Brazos Valley . Services include annual exams , contraceptives ( pills , IUDs , LARCs , Depo ), Pregnancy Testing , STI Screenings , Limited Sterilizations and Vasectomies , Lab screenings , Counseling , and Education . The intent of the programs is to ensure women in Texas have the resources and information to plan their pregnancies .
HealthPoint also partners with Pink Alliance and The Rose for mammograms for uninsured and income eligible women .
While HealthPoint has 38 medical and dental providers and offers primary care services ( including Pediatrics , Prenatal Care , and Family Practice ) in 13 clinics throughout the Greater Brazos Valley , the organization takes great pride in its 40-year
history as a local Family Planning provider .
HealthPoint makes every effort to help uninsured individuals acquire more affordable health care . A simple income screening process will determine if you or a member of your family may be eligible
for the discount program as well as other health care assistance programs .
