It was the first hospital in Bryan College Station. The Med’s 167-bed acute care hospital has introduced many first-time medical advancements in the region, including surgical robotics and advanced interventional cardiology. In fact, surgeons at College Station Medical Center were the first in the Brazos Valley to offer single-incision robotic surgery. The Wellness Center at College Station Medical Center includes Joint Replacement and Bariatric Surgery. The hospital’s MedPlus clinics, Northgate and Barron Road, provide family medicine, X-ray, and lab services, all under one roof, and are affiliated with their large network of specialists.
