Station; but we are still here providing very personalized care in
our 16-bed facility.”
Debra Alsip, the administrator at Park Place for 18 years, had
previous experience working for a large chain. “There is a place
for large and small facilities in this industry, but my heart will
always be with the smaller facilities where I can ‘indulge’ my need
to care for my residents as individuals, more like family members.”
Park Place is grateful for having had another wonderful
Thanksgiving for all the residents, and their families, even
families of previous residents. Old bonds were renewed and
new bonds formed. Christmas involved several decorated trees
and gifts for
everyone, plus
lots of great things
to eat.
