Mr. K. L. Maheshwari is the Founder and Principal
Consultant of the Organisation. His educational
qualification is B.E in Mechanical Engineering in 1973
followed by P.G.D.I.M. He has vast experience of 43 years
to his credit and is associated with Air Conditioning &
Refrigeration field for over 40 years. Mr. Maheshwari is
well versed with various statutory requirements of
Government agencies, Indian Standards etc. He is a life
member of ASHRAE, ISHARE, IPA, FSAI.
Being a vetran in this field, K.L. Maheshwari is regularly
invited for his wisdom by various organisations and
architectural schools. Before inception of Maheshwari
Consultnat, he has served various well known HVAC
Companies in India like like M/s. Kirloskar Pneumatics
Ltd., M/s. Blue Star Ltd., M/s. Utility Engineers Ltd and
M/s. Vadilal Industries Ltd.
Problems Faced at the Beginning Stages
Being a closed economy in 1977, India was not open for
new investment oppurtunity. Hence, the availability for
avenues for Consultancy was restricted to Industry only.
Major thrust in Commercial, Hosptality, Entertainment
came after 2001-02.
