Global Megatrends Think, work and include differently – that’s how government, companies and individuals can secure longterm competitiveness in the global labour market. We are living through a fundamental transformation in the way we work, where competition for the right talent is fierce and the skills shortage is, for many, the biggest threat to the success of their business. Even the term ‘talent’ no longer means the same as ten years ago; many of the roles, skills and job titles of tomorrow are unknown to us today.
