Weaver Heritage Day
9am – Elwell Park - A day to celebrate live
music which will promote local musicians.
We also welcome crafters and food vendors
who will share the park with our two stages
of live music. Tents and booths may be set
up Friday, the 9th from 4:40 til dark
and Saturday 5;30am until 7:45am
• Food Vendors spaces 15 feet and are
$50 with a 110 outlet.
• Craft spaces are 12 feet and $25. If you
need electric , it will be an extra
• $10.Only Only FOOD Vendors may sell
water, food etc. No home canned goods
are allowed.

The City of Anniston is proud to present the
Spokes and Strings Bluegrass Festival on
Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Michael
Tucker Park at the Chief Ladiga Trailhead.
Residents and visitors of Anniston are invited to grab an instrument, tent and lawn
chair and join the community under the
shade of the pecan trees at the park for a
full day of music from some of the region's
finest bluegrass bands.
• Bands scheduled to take the stage include Bluegrass Boulevard, Foggy Hollow Review, Cottonmouth Creek, Valley
Road and Bent Creek. Along with ongo46
ing live music, there will be a variety of
concessions with food and beer available to purchase and a shaded tree area
for impromptu jamming sessions.
• The event is to take place at Michael
Tucker Park located at 6514 Weaver Road
in Anniston. Admission is $25 per person, and children 12 years old and under
are free. Festival goers are encouraged
to bring lawn chairs and picnic blankets.
On-site camping is available and is limited to north pecan orchard area. Camping spots are available on a first-come,
first-serve basis. Tent camping is free
both Friday and Saturday nights with
purchase of admission wristband.
