PRESENTS
The Heart Behind The Music 9.24.15
‘The Heart behind the Music’ brings to the stage some of the world’s best singers and songwriters who share the meaning and music behind their hit songs. This tour provides an up close,
and personal insight into some of the greatest music ever written, and performances by some of
the music industry’s most talented musicians. This songwriter's celebration features artists who
truly connect with audiences. Jim Brickman's romantic piano playing and easygoing charm have
earned him four gold albums. Beth Nielsen Chapman has written or co-written many country,
rock, and pop songs, including the Faith Hill smash ‘This Kiss’ and, following her husband's
death from cancer, the moving ‘Sand and Water.’ Susan Ashton charted several contemporary
Christian and country hits in the 1990s and early 2000s. She has re-emerged from career and
personal travails, angelic voice intact. Also performing is John Ford Coley, half the GRAMMY
nominated duo England Dan & John Ford Coley, and best known for the hit ‘I’d Really Love to
See You Tonight.’
