benefiting Children’s Services Inc.,
is November 17 at Mellow Mushroom in
Oxford. Beer Fest will be in the back lot at
Mellow between 6:00 and 9:00 pm.
Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per
couple. You can purchase tickets at Mellow
Mushroom, at Wig’s Wheels in Anniston, or
online.

Beer Fest gives you the opportunity to
sample beers from 10 different breweries
including Good People Brewing Company,
Avondale Brewing Company, Blue Pants
Brewery, Yellowhammer Brewing, Straight
To Ale Brewing, Grayton Beer Company,
TrimTab Brewing Company, Southern
Prohibition, Cahaba Brewing Company, and
Catawba Brewing Company.

for Beer Fest 2018. He explains how it
will work, “Each [brewery] is going to be
supplying two different beers for all of
the guests to try. And what’s happening is
either the brewery specifically is sending a
representative or the distributor is sending a
representative… someone that can actually
give you insight into the different tastes and
