“ It ’ s one of the biggest festivals of its kind in the entire state .” Festival Director , Neeli Faulkner says that Noble Street Festival is unique in that it encompasses food , art , individual and business vendors , as well as bicycle races .
One of Calhoun County ’ s largest annual events returns April 8-9 . Faulkner expects up to 75 food , craft , art , and activity vendors to line Noble Street in downtown Anniston .
The festival will begin at 11:00 am on Saturday , April 8 and wrap up at 7:00 pm . The Sunny King Kidzone will close at 5:00 pm .
In addition to the food and art community festival , the weekend includes the Alabama Cycling Classic which is comprised of two national level competitions , the Sunny King Criterium and McClellan Road Race .
Both the Sunny King Criterium and McClellan Road Race are recognized by USA Cycling , the governing body of competitive bicycling in the United States . The ACC attracts top riders from all over the country competing for major cash prizes .
