’ ve always loved to cook . I love people .” Sam Sutchaleo , owner of Thai One On in Anniston , says he ’ s getting back to traditional Thai food .
If you ’ ve dined at Thai One On on Noble Street , you ’ ve probably witnessed Sutchaleo browsing the restaurant , talking to his guests , and ensuring that everyone is satisfied with their meal . He likely stopped by your table .
Because of his love for people and his passion for good food , Sutchaleo is introducing new menu items to encourage more people to experience Thai food without having spending a ton of money .
“ We ’ re going to do something a little different , Thai Tapas ,” explains Sutchaleo . The new Thai Tapas menu offers a unique opportunity : smaller plates in the $ 5.00 to $ 7.00 range . The Thai Tapas menu will be available on Wednesdays and Sundays .
