Anniston’s Downtown Market makes its return March 28, bringing back weekly farmer’s market deals, live music and cooking
demonstrations.
The market has everything from fresh vegetables to arts and crafts, alpaca yarn and goat
cheese. Live music by local musicians sets the
scene for cooking demonstrations from local
chefs, with prior classes taught by Katrina from
Cheaha Brewing Company, Russell Goldfinger
from the Vic Bistro and Andrea O’Keefe from
Prime Dining.
Downtown Market is 7-12 every Saturday from
March 28 through Oct. 31 and is located at
176 West 12th Street in Anniston, just beside
Cheaha Brewing Company and City Hall. Vendors can apply online for a spot at the market
by visiting annistonmarket.com/vendors. Visit
annistonmarket.com or facebook.com/annistonmarket for more information, including
contact info, photos and videos of previous
gatherings. ✻
