history museum complex! Tigers For Tomorrow at Untamed Mountain
in Attalla is a wild animal preserve and
environmental educational center, home to
over 160 animals including tigers, mountain
lions, African lions, bears, wolves and black
leopards.

1. Choccolocco Park
Choccolocco Park, in Oxford, leads the industry with a 300+ acre, one-of-a-kind sports
complex. With cutting edge baseball, softball, track & field, and soccer amenities, along with
educational, walking and biking trails, all-encompassing playgrounds, water and natural
resources, and much more, you’re invited to enjoy it for yourself!
NEW this year! Bike Rentals! Download the VeoRide app on your phone and rent a bike
to ride around the lake. Rates start at 50 cents for 15 minutes. You can also sign up for a
membership.
2. Flicks Among the Flowers
Grab a blanket and a date -or a group of friends- and head over to the Birmingham Botanical
Gardens for a movie on the lawn. Bring a blanket or low-profile lawn chair, and find a spot
on the lawn to enjoy the film. Please note that no pets or outside alcoholic beverages are
allowed.
