up with the times. The Anniston location offers an air-conditioned double-sized gym
with a running track and six basketball goals,
two racquetball courts, a 25 yard swimming
pool and a variety of strength-training and
cardio equipment.

What: Ted Turgeon’s Martial Arts
Learn self-confidence and discipline or teach

Ted Turgeon and his other instructors offer
daily classes, teaching Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo,
kickboxing, Krav Maga and women’s self-defense throughout the week. Ages adult down
to 3 years old are welcome, with the 3-5 year
olds taking instruction from 9-year-old Dimitirus L. Allen, a 2nd degree black belt instructor trainee.

If you’re looking for climbs and drops in your
biking experience, look no further than Coldwater Mountain. The new mountain biking
destination features a 1.5 mile beginner’s
loop and a 10 mile intermediate challenge
loop for more experienced riders. Thanks
to the Forever Wild Land Trust, the trail and
parking area are completely free to use for

The Ladiga trail is a 33-mile paved biking
path that runs from just inside the Anniston
city limits all the way to the Georgia state
