Continental comfort food makes its home in Anniston .

The High Pointe restaurant , housed in the top floor of the old Compass building ( Commerce Towers ) on Noble Street , is scheduled to open its doors in February .
A thirty year friendship between Chris O ’ Leary and Robert “ Bob ” Curtis is fueling the project , along with Jodi Osborn and executive chef , LaShaunte Wade , “ It ’ s all about the experience ” according to Wade , a Macon , Georgia native .
The group is working to create an atmosphere that welcomes you in for a cocktail while serving up unique dishes such as quail jambalaya , crispy duck , and fried lamb ravioli .
