wax or soy wick candles, you
don't have to worry about the
wick during the pouring process!
Step 2 // Melt the wax and add
fragrance. In a medium size
saucepan, heat the wax flakes
until they are completely smooth
and the liquid looks golden.
Add around 10-12 drops of your
desired fragrance and stir com-
pletely. I mixed patchouli and
sandalwood for the cozy and
complex scent, rose extract alone
for the rose candle, and lavender
essential oil for the lavender fra-
grance. This should all be added to your prefer-
ence... feel free to use more or less to achieve
the desired scent.
Once the liquid and fragrance are completely
combined, pour the melted wax into a large
glass measuring cup. This will make transferring
the liquid to the tumblers much easier! Carefully
fill each glass with the scented soy wax.
Himalayan Salt Bars
stirred continuously until all of the soap was
fully melted.

3. While stirring, add in one cup of finely
ground pink Himalayan sea salt.
What You Need:
• Pink Himalayan Salt (coarse and finely
ground)
• Shea butter soap base
• Eucalyptus essential oil
• Peppermint essential oil
• Coconut oil
• Soap molds
4. Stir in 15-20 drops (gauge to your liking) of
your favorite essential oil. I used a mixture of
eucalyptus and peppermint.
5. Pour the mixture into the soap molds and
allow to cool completely.
Directions:
1. Pour a handful of coarse pink Himalayan salt
into the bottom of your soap molds.
2. Place two cups (about 12 squares) of shea
butter soap base and one tbsp of coconut oil
into a glass bowl and melt. I used a double
broiler, but you can also use a microwave. I

Step 3 // Allow the candles to
cool completely. It's important to
leave the candles alone as they
solidify! Resist the urge to move
them, shake them, or touch them
until they're completely solid.
Otherwise, you will end up with
lumpy looking candles. This is
what they look like midway into
the cooling process... you'll notice
the golden liquid beginning to
turn white from the bottom up.
Step 4 // Trim the wicks. Once
your candles are fully set up (ap-
proximately 4-6 hours), you can
trim the wood wicks with standard scissors. I'd
recommend cutting it just below the top of the
glass on a slight angle.
Step 5 // Print and apply the labels. Design your
own labels, or download our pre-made tem-
plates... then print, cut, and apply them! That's all
there is to it.
6. Once dry,
remove from
the molds
and use as
you would a
normal bar of
soap! These
also make
great gifts.
