In fact , when we set the interview for this article , our entire Insight staff jumped at the opportunity to accompany me .
Owners Tim and Barbara Johnson opened Cooter Brown ’ s , on Highway 204 , 17 years ago this month .
To some , the rib shack may appear as just that , a shack , but to those of us who have tasted Cooter Brown ’ s award-winning ribs , it is so much more .
