Chefs Favorites by Benjamin Nunnally W e’ve put a lot of time toward finding out what Calhoun County residents like to eat over the years, traveling from restaurant to restaurant looking for the best dishes, the most interesting and unique dinners and fantastic foods to make your mouth water. In all that time, though, there’s one thing we’ve never gotten to do: ask our area chefs what they like to eat. favorites, nostalgic dishes and complex food concepts.
