e’ve put a lot of time toward finding
out what Calhoun County residents
like to eat over the years, traveling
from restaurant to restaurant looking for the
best dishes, the most interesting and unique
dinners and fantastic foods to make your
mouth water. In all that time, though, there’s
one thing we’ve never gotten to do: ask our
area chefs what they like to eat.

Then we got to thinking — what if a reader

date night, or at a party? We asked Janet

Things to pair wines with our chef favorites,
creating the perfect matches.
