Greetings!
A Note From the
President

Over the July 4th holiday my eldest grandson
visiting me here in Texas, I was and still am
overjoyed with this visit. I learned many
things about 19 year olds.
The first thing I learned is,19 year old guys
sleep all day. As a matter fact, I went into his
room several times checking to see if he was
still alive.
The Second thing I learned 19 year old guys
wake up long enough to eat and then retire to
room (BAT CAVE) for the remainder of the
evening.
And finally, I learned 19 year guys stay up all
night.
Things really have changed.
I was never allowed to sleep past 7 AM, even
during this summer. Remember when we sat
around the dinner table as a family and
talked.
I can truly say this as a proud grandmother, I
loved every moment of his visit.
Too often as parents and grandparents we
tend to forget the value of being relationally
responsible!
Thank you Troy for reminding me of my
responsibility.
