“ Afternoon Tea is something of a tradition at The Grand Brighton and plays an important part in our history and heritage,” said Andrew Mosley, general manager of The Grand Brighton.“ Our menus, designed by our executive chef, Alan White, reflect our identity and famous seaside setting. It really is a celebration of not only tea and scones, but of the glorious traditions that form part of this famous ritual.”
“ We continuously seek to improve the guest experience at The Grand Brighton which is why in 2016, we invested in and refurbished our Victoria Terrace, where our Afternoon Tea is served.
