As well as their adult events, Tulley’s farm
are going to be putting on some family fun
this Halloween too. There is something for
everyone here, including three attractions
specifically for older children - The Darkness,
Twisted Fun House and Terror Trail - and lots
for the very little ones too, including Boo Barn
and the Horrid Hayride to name just two. As
well as all that, there will be activities and
games taking place in the Pumpkin Patch itself.
Find Tulley’s resident witch and wizard, Hilda

The Halloween Horror Show

Back by popular demand is the Sussex Beacon
Halloween Horror Show. This year’s theme is
‘the circus’, and it’s sure to be a scare-tastic
event. The Circus of Thrills will be hosted by
Duncan James of boyband, Blue, fame, and
there will be performances from many different
West End stars. Not only will you be utterly
entertained, but you will also be able to enjoy
a sumptuous three-course meal. So, if you’re
looking for something sexy and scary this
Halloween, the Halloween Horror Show at The
Grand Hotel, Brighton, could be exactly what

Parham’s Halloween Trail

Complete the Parham Pumpkin Puzzle around
the gardens and grab the chance to meet and
hold real life owls with ‘Owls About Town’.
Founded to educate and inform children and
adults about owls, most of the birds are rescued
owls and visitors will be able to learn more about
these fascinating animals. For those children
brave enough, they will have a chance to find the
witch in her house (and her magic treat cauldron),
and there will also be craft activities and face
painting. Season tickets are valid at this event.
Scream Barn Farm

The fun and frights at Spring Barn Farm this
year include the Little Spook’s Witchy Walkway,
Bigger Boo’s Circus Squeee Walthrough, the

Petrifying Pumpkin Patch, in which you can
pick your own pumpkin to take home with you.
Or, why not carve your pumpkin at the farm
where you’ll find plenty of inspiration! There will
be ‘real’ witches wandering around the farm –
see how many you can spot! They’re all friendly
and ever so funny; just make sure you don’t
get turned into a frog.
