the Kent and Sussex countryside all the way to Brighton.

Street Hospital, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the Alzheimer's
Society.

At the 46m Pells Pool in Lewes, here is your chance to swim for 2K (43 lengths), 5K (109
lengths) or, for under 18s, 1.5K (33 lengths). You can swim as an individual or form a
group for a relay team – however you want to do it, and no matter how much money you
raise for Macmillan, it will be worth it.
