Terre à Terre
Terre à Terre has mastered the lunch and dinner menu, and has now
created the ‘Terre à Verre’ menu: a selection of gorgeous tapas served
with big, fat, hand-cut chips, and a carafe of organic wine for £23 per
person (served in multiples of two).
A favourite with customers, the ‘Terre à Tier’ afternoon tea is a fourplate wonder; a savoury plate of treats including warm, homemade
mini-muffins served with peppered Sussex Slipcote cream cheese and
pear perry chutney, followed by three tiers of sweet, it offers a wonderful
balance of savoury, scones and sweet delights and is served with single
estate organic loose tea, or a pot of coffee. It looks traditional, but
tastes very unique, and is made with wonderful vegan and gluten-free
alternatives. All for £21 per person.
Alongside this, Terre à Terre offers all-day dining with a ‘BrunchyLunchy’
menu, served from 10am–1pm daily, where diners can pick from a
selection of hearty brunch dishes such as ‘Big and Bravas’ - smokeypokey paprika Catalan potatoes, charred pickled peppers, pimento
skordalia, soft poached egg and egg crumbs, or silken spice tofu; and
‘Brekkie in a Bun’ - a toasted muffin filled with smoked tomato tapenade,
truffle egg omelette, grilled halloumi, chunky tamari mushroom, or served
with tangy brown allspice molasses ketchup and a side of black baked
beans. Dishes start at £6.
