Homemade with care , imagination and craft without exception . Our chef , Andy Keir , brings experience in award-winning pubs and restaurants to this kitchen . His style ? Contemporary British food done simply , honestly and brilliantly .
From steaks to fish cakes , mussels to burgers , fish of the day to slow-cooked pork belly , apple & raisin crumble to sticky toffee pudding – everything is carefully thought through , attentively prepared and flawlessly executed .
