The Port Lympne Restaurant at the heart of the 4 star rated Port Lympne
Hotel, offers fine dining, relaxing lunches and afternoon teas. Opened in 2015,
the restaurant is already causing a stir with imaginative dishes created by
Head Chef, Andrew Proctor.
Andrew and his team are dedicated to using the best local and seasonal produce
in their dishes and work closely with local farmers and growers, to source the
best ingredients that Kent can offer. Menus are changed regularly to reflect the
seasons and the restaurant carries an excellent selection of wines to match each
course, including special reserves from Chapel Down.
Set in one of the dramatically decorated ground floor rooms the hotel has
become famous for, the 32-cover dining room is open on a daily basis to hotel
guests, park visitors and non park visitors.
