bedroom boutique hotel and home to Kent’s
latest food hotspot, The Red Sails Restaurant,
Champagne, Wine, Ale and Cocktail Bar at the
Faversham Creek Hotel.
Traditional Modern British dining in comfortable
surroundings, including an idyllic courtyard, offering
food with passion. Fresh Faversham Oysters,
much sought after in top London restaurants, are
available by pre-order.
At the time of going to press our set menus start at
£12.95 going through to £24.95 and a typical A la
Carte main dish costs £15 to £19. Our 6 or 7 course
Taster Menus are always popular and available
about once a month.

Saturday lunchtime and were made so welcome.
The asparagus was superb, so fresh and perfectly
cooked. The bream was also perfectly cooked, the
skin was very crisp and the flesh so delicate with
great taste. The building is decorated to a very high
standard. An absolute joy and very good value.”

Our extensive wine list offers wine from around
the world as well as prominent English wines
including Chapel Down and Biddenden. Our
Cocktails are made from syrups blended in
Faversham and we carry a large selection of craft
ales, whiskies and gins which are featured in our
whisky and gins clubs.
Restaurant open Wednesday to Saturday, noon to
2.30 pm and 7.00 pm to 9.30 pm and Sunday, noon
to 4.30 pm.
Bar open Wednesday and Thursday with restaurant,
Friday and Saturday noon to 11.00 pm and Sunday
noon to 6.00 pm.
A feature of the Red Sails Restaurant and our
sister business The Phoenix Tavern (thephoenix
tavernfaversham.co.uk) is the free customer
courtesy mini bus for parties of 8 or more having
at least 2 courses for collection and return within
12.5 miles.
