The food here is carefully produced using the best of local
ingredients, homemade and cooked from scratch. The quality is
consistently good and signature dishes such as the tempura
monkfish and 5-spice roasted pork belly are complemented by
some great classics including moules gratin and confit duck on
white bean cassoulet.

Award-winning Irish chef Darragh is a dab hand with seafood,
producing sublimely cooked, perfectly seasoned fish. The halibut
with braised peas, shallots and crispy Parma ham simply melts in
the mouth and the amazingly light crab tart glazed with hollandaise
is just delicious. When it comes to dessert, the freshest of lemon
possets delights the palate while the Crunchie hot toffee meringue
is a must for those with a sweet tooth!
