with immense regret that we feel it prudent to
cancel our train services during March & April,
including our Easter ‘Day Out with Thomas’ event. to do so kindly donate the price of their ticket to
support us at this exceptionally difficult time and

Customers who have purchased tickets or
experience packages for events in March are
being contacted individually by phone. In the next
few days customers who have tickets booked for
the ‘Day Out with Thomas’ event in April will be
contacted directly by Quay Tickets. Your patience
and understanding is greatly appreciated. The Staff & Volunteers of the K&ESR are
