Greensand Ridge Winter Bramble
• 50ml Greensand Ridge Dry Gin
• 25ml Lemon Juice
• 15ml Sugar Syrup*
• 10ml Creme de Mure
• 15ml Port (optional)
Combine the gin, lemon and syrup in a shaker with some ice, shake well and
pour into a lowball glass filled with crushed ice. Combine the port and liqueur
and add gently, allowing it to bleed through the ice. Garnish with fresh blackberries.
(*It’s worth buying a bottle of Creme de Mure and sugar syrup online, but you can just as
easily make sugar syrup by dissolving equal parts warm water and sugar and leaving to cool.)
Anno Cranberry Appletini
Barentsz
on the Rocks
• 75ml Anno Cranberry & Gin
• 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
• Dash of lime juice • 40ml Barentsz Gin
• An orange twist to garnish
Shake ingredients together with
ice. Strain. Serve in a chilled
Martini glass. Garnish with an
apple slice. Pour Barnetsz Gin into an
ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a twist of
orange peel.
Pipehouse Spiced Apple Cocktail
• 2/3rd of a mug of hot apple and cinnamon tea
• 50 ml Cawston Press - apple and ginger juice
• Cinnamon stick
• 1 shot of Pipehouse gin
• Garnish with an apple slice and star anise
Make a cup of apple and cinnamon tea (but only fill the cup
2/3rds full of water.) After 2 minutes remove the tea bag
and add the tea in a saucepan. Add the juice, cinnamon stick
and heat over a low heat to warm the juice. Once warm,
add the shot of gin, stir and then pour into a small tumbler
glass. Garnish with a slice of apple and star anise.
