Escape to a magical Christmas world down by the
sea this December as Dreamland presents Winterland
Margate. Visitors to Winterland Margate can expect
dazzling fairy light walks, a winter market with festive
food and drinks, yuletide crafts, free festive film
screenings, Christmas trees, wreath making and
more. A selection of seasonal rides - Dreamland
Drop, Double Decker, Gallopers, Speedway, Chair-
O-Plane and Austin Cars - will be running in the
park. There will also be a special giant snow globe
that guests can climb inside (please note that this
incurs an extra fee). Dogs will also be allowed on
the park with their owners throughout the festive
period – Santa Paws, anyone?

very own farmyard friends. Working together with
Maidstone Family Church, Kent Life will take you

The picturesque and historic Market Place in
Faversham is an idyllic setting for Faversham’s three
Christmas Sunday markets. The markets will feature
regular stallholders along with other local traders
selling perfect items for Christmas gifts, decorations,
food and drink. There will also be live music,
Christmas carols and a brass band, as well as an
appearance by Happy Ending’s cuddly donkeys. As
part of the Christmas markets’ activities, Faversham
Town Council will be opening up its Town Hall on
the Market Place and providing festive fun and
entertainment for all the family. Activities include
a Christmas disco by Faversham Radio, puppet
shows, cute little ducks in a pond provided by
Huckleberry Woods, and a town centre Christmas
Challenge with games and prizes.
