from The Organic Cakery at Bore Place, this
course is aimed at home bread-makers who
want to improve their understanding of the
whole bread making process, with both practical
experience and theoretical knowledge. During
this course you will be working solely with pre-
fermented doughs so this is a great chance to
start exploring the world of fermented breads!

On the 16th November celebrate the launch
of Rumours Zine issue 5 with a late night roller
disco as part of Margate Now. Join host Janet
District Council along with drag troupe The
Haus of Xanadu as they perform throughout
the night. Dress code: executive surrealness.
Expect disco tunes, pop bangers and a bit of
K-pop. Tickets include skate hire but bring
your own skates if you have them! This is a
16+ event.
