IN ASSOCIATION WITH EDUCATION ROSE BRUFORD COLLEGE OF THEATRE AND PERFORMANCE Located in Lamorbey Park, Sidcup, Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance is one of the country’s leading drama schools with alumni including Gary Oldman (Winner of the 2018 Best Actor Oscar), Maddy Hill (EastEnders, Casualty) and Hayley Squires (I, Daniel Blake). The college offers a wide range of BA (Hons) degree programmes in acting and performance, costume production, digital content design, lighting, scenic arts, sound, stage and events management, virtual theatre and theatre design. There is also a flexible 128 online degree in theatre studies plus a range of postgraduate programmes. The 20-week acting foundation course is an ideal introduction course for those looking at progressing into drama school. It is run in Sidcup and regional locations across the country including Brighton. For budding performers, the Bruford Youth Theatre runs classes on a Saturday morning for 4-17-year-olds as well as one week Easter and summer workshops. The popular evening acting part time course for adults is ideal for those interested in developing their skills and pursuing a potential acting career, and there is also a range of masterclasses and courses run on the campus over the summer. Public productions are held throughout the year in the college’s two theatres. These productions showcase the talents of final year students before they progress into the industry.
