The two safari prints are the latest in a series of nature-inspired fabrics carefully chosen by Chantelle, and f ollows last year’s prominent woodland animals trend, which was reflected in The Wild and The Tame’s bestselling prints of 2018. www.thewildandthetame.co.uk CHAMBER CHIEF EXECUTIVE RECEIVES QUEEN’S HONOUR Jo James, Chief Executive of Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, has been awarded an Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the Queen’s Honours List for her ‘services to the Kent economy’. During her 29 years at the Ashford-based Chamber of Commerce, where she became the Chief Executive in 2008, she has o verseen the expansion of an organisation whose members employ more than 61,000 people across the county. Today, Kent Invicta is the only one accr edited by the British Chamber of Commerce covering the whole county, having expanded from originally just serving the business community in Ashford. Her team of 26 people deliver a wide range of business support for its members including a large events programme, representation, international trade advice, and the South East Business Boost programme and Growth Hub initiatives. Jo also represents business on the South East Local Enter prise Partnership, the Kent & Medway Economic Partnership and many other groups across the county. Commenting on the award, Jo James said: “To receive an award for doing a job I love and representing such a dynamic and diverse business community is a massive honour. “What the team at the Chamber continues to achieve for our members and Patrons is amazing and I’d like to share this award with every one of them.” Jo previously received the Outstanding Contribution to the Business Community at the Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEIBAs). NEW CIDER INTRODUCED TO UK MARKET Kent-based She pherd Neame and the Boston Beer Compan y ar e delighted to intr oduce Angry Or chard R osé Cider (4% ABV), to the UK market.
