Rosé and Grapefruit Spritz
Ingredients: Method:
• 15ml elderflower cordial
• 30ml pink grapefruit juice
• 75ml Eisberg Alcohol-Free Rosé
• 100ml soda water
• 15ml lemon juice 1. Squeeze the juice of a pink grapefruit and
lemon into a mixing glass, along with elderflower
cordial and Eisberg Alcohol-Free Rosé.
Garnish with:
Pink grapefruit wedges

top with soda.
3. Cut a grapefruit into small wedges and add
