cocktails and fusion Latin-American/Asian tapas
menu. Dip in the plunge pool, grab a cabana bed,
take in the views, and bask in the sunshine; with a
‘Roof with a View’ (18 St Germain, Hennessy Fine,
Ginger & Apple Shrub, Lapsang Chai Tea, Lemon
& Ruinart Blanc de Blanc) cocktail in hand. The
fish tempura taco with kimchi and the chicken
dumplings in Sichuan broth are menu musts but the
grilled Bao with Barbacoa style lamb & cilantro is
worth the trip alone!
