Featuring classic and signature recipes created by head mixologist Robert Cuvala, the menu changes seasonally so there’s always something new and exciting to try. This cocktail is a dark, mysterious and delicious drink with rum, port and chocolate. Ingredients: • 30ml LBV Port • 10ml Wild Turkey • 5ml Crème de Cocoa • 10ml Vanilla syrup • 5ml Crème de Violette • 5ml Strawberry Liqueur • 1 dash Chocolate Bitters • 15ml Rittenhouse to pour on top Method: Shake & fine strain all ingredients apart from the Rittenhouse into short tumbler glass filled with ice cubes. Top-off with Rittenhouse. Garnish: Three cherries on a skewer. 108
