Chapter One in Orpington is a sophisticated
place to meet, dine and enjoy, whatever the
occasion. Following a major six-figure
refurbishment earlier this year, the chic new
bar area is the perfect place to pull up a pew
and indulge in Chapter One’s extensive cocktail
selection. Featuring classic and signature recipes
created by head mixologist Robert Cuvala, the
menu changes seasonally so there’s always
something new and exciting to try. This cocktail
is a dark, mysterious and delicious drink with
rum, port and chocolate.
Ingredients:
• 30ml LBV Port
• 10ml Wild Turkey
• 5ml Crème de Cocoa
• 10ml Vanilla syrup
• 5ml Crème de Violette
• 5ml Strawberry Liqueur
• 1 dash Chocolate Bitters
• 15ml Rittenhouse to pour on top
Method:
Shake & fine strain all ingredients apart from
the Rittenhouse into short tumbler glass filled
with ice cubes. Top-off with Rittenhouse.
Garnish: Three cherries on a skewer.
