of your life (thankfully it's mostly highs!)
"I love my job, but I can't lie; starting a business within a male-dominated
industry was difficult. The digital workforce is only 21 percent female and the
number of female directors and CEOs is even lower. However, I have always
been one to break the mould. It's so important for me to inspire the next
generation and start tipping those percentages. Not many young women know
that digital or entrepreneurship is an option open to them so it’s great to visit
schools and show them that 'if I can do it, so can they.'

other women in business as a whole. From my experience I have found the
female business community to be a very supportive bunch who enjoy seeing the
success of others."

Women. The program selects high-potential female entrepreneurs whose
