“I am lucky that I work in an industry that is a lot
about relationship building, having experienced the
training my students go through enables me to blend
my intuition with creativity to help my schools thrive.
I hope I am a role model for all my students to show
that gender does not restrict us when following our
dreams and expressing ourselves. Success will always
follow passion and dedication.
“I run The Creative Dance Company based in
Cranbrook, Zenzero Performing Arts School based
in Ashford, Babyballet Ashford and Folkestone and
Zenzero Events. Creative Dance offers children from
4 to 18 the opportunity to attend musical theatre and
dance classes every Saturday at Dulwich Prep
Cranbrook, whilst Zenzero Performing Arts School
offers classes from our recently renovated studio in
Ashford Town Centre.
“All our classes balance the importance of discipline,
structure and technique with fun, enjoyment and
creativity in a supportive and non-competitive
environment. We invest in our students and their
future, offering them performance opportunities and
training that will both challenge them and allow them
develop individually as performers.”

“I do think that work/life balance is important, particularly for working
parents – and not just mums, but dads too. Having access to flexible
working has certainly become more accessible in recent years, and
that is very helpful for those with a family where flexibility is needed.
I’m a working parent myself, and although my kids are now slightly
older, I’m quite aware of the pressures facing working parents.”
