New Wellness and Mindfulness Retreats at

HISTORIC KENT COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL, CHILSTON PARK IN LENHAM, HAS LAUNCHED A SERIES OF NEW MINDFULNESS AND WELLBEING RETREATS – PERFECT TO BANISH CHRISTMAS INDULGENCES AND KICK START THE NEW YEAR.
The two-night retreats have been developed in conjunction with local meditation and yoga experts, Liberty Wellbeing, and invite guests to abandon technology( if only for a short time!), embrace creativity, escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and be more present in the moment.
The hotel has two retreats running this month, which combine practices such as smooth yoga, rise-and-shine yoga, qigong, tai chi, and silent meditation, with sessions on mindfulness, embracing a more balanced lifestyle and how to live the Ayurvedic way. To complement the tailored programme, a carefully planned menu of healthy and nutritious food, snacks and drinks are included, all designed to cleanse and rejuvenate from the inside out.
