Jill May founded Interior Girl at the beginning of 2017. She is a qualified interior designer with over 10 years’ practical experience in interiors and property development. A passionate detailer, she implements much of the design herself from general handywoman services to painting and decorating. One aspect of Interior Girl is offering homeowners a full service from one trusted person, rather than having to source separate trades to complete a job. Jill will select and specify all fabrics, furniture and accessories, managing the project on site through to completion.
Jill has built a team of high-quality decorators who work both independently and alongside her in Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas. She also draws in a wider team of trusted trades including electricians, plumbers, plasterers and builders who carry out work to the highest standards.
If clients already have certain aspects of the project in place, Jill will work around other tradespeople, as well as applying detail to a broad design concept. In addition, if it’ s simply the application of paint on the walls or general handiwork, Interior Girl will complete that job too.
