What is Shepway Lifeline?
Shepway Lifeline is an emergency alert system that connects you to a
24-hour monitoring centre simply by pressing a button.
If you fall, feel unwell or are worried about your safety, all you have to do
is press the button to be connected to an operator.
There is always someone there
to answer your call.
*Prices are charged per quarter in advance. A one-off installation fee of £37.00 also applies. Prices are
exclusive of VAT although you may be exempt from VAT if you are disabled or have a long-term condition.
