Our latest obsession, Chillish is a punchy new condiment, marinade, drizzler, dip and oil all rolled into one. As the name suggests, the primary ingredient besides award-winning extra virgin rapeseed oil and shallots is chilli flakes, so it’ s ideal for those that like their food with a kick. Cleverly though, the ingredients naturally separate into a subtly flavoured oil that sits at the top of the jar and captures the more delicate notes of exotic chilli, nutty rapeseed oil and fragrant spices, while the‘ gubbins’ that collects at the bottom of the jar is a richer, spicier blend of caramelised onion, chilli and garlic.
