ELBOW ANNOUNCE SOUTH EAST FOREST LIVE CONCERT
Elbow is the latest band to announce dates as part of Forest Live, where acts perform in spectacular woodland settings around the country as part of the summer concert series promoted by the Forestry Commission.
They will be performing in Kent at Bedgebury Pinetum, near Tunbridge Wells on Saturday 17th June.
Elbow’ s rise over the past two decades has seen them become one of the most important
bands in contemporary British music. Since debut album, 2001’ s Asleep At The Back their stature has grown with subsequent releases such as Cast of Thousands, Leaders Of The Free World and 2014’ s The Take Off And Landing Of Everything that debuted at the top of the UK charts.
Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission to bring forests to new audiences. Income generated from ticket sales is spent on protecting, improving and expanding England’ s forests and woodlands and increasing their value to people and wildlife. Over Forest Live’ s 16-year history, money raised has contributed to a wide range of projects, from wildlife conservation to making improvements for visitors. CHAPEL DOWN ANNOUNCED AS OFFICIAL PARTNER TO THE OXFORD & CAMBRIDGE BOAT RACE
Chapel Down, England’ s leading winemaker, has signed a four-year agreement to become an official partner to The Boat Race Company Limited( BRCL) today.
Chapel Down, which replaces Bollinger Champagne, will be enjoyed by the victorious crew at the Mortlake finish line of the Oxford and Cambridge Boat Race.

The award-winning wines of the Kent-based producer are served at iconic British institutions such as The Donmar Warehouse, The Royal Opera House, London Symphony Orchestra and are an official wine partner to No 10 Downing Street.
The 163rd Boat Race and The 72nd Women’ s Boat Race will take place on Sunday 2nd April 2017. The Women’ s Boat Race will start at 16:35, with The Boat Race an hour later at 17:35.
