Egg Muffins Don ’ t forget the toast !
Leavened bread has been around since around 3000BC , which was considered much more pleasant than traditional flatbreads , but there was one problem : it would go hard in the desert sun . The solution ? Toast .
Toast has come a long way since , with the electric toaster being invented in 1893 , helping make toast a worldwide breakfast staple .

Ingredients :
• 3 spring onions
• 4 cherry tomatoes
• 6 eggs
• Herbs of your choice ( basil , oregano , etc )
• 2 slices cheese ( cut into 6 pieces each )
Method : 1 . Preheat your oven to 200 º C .
2 . Place the eggs , spring onions and tomatoes in a bowl and mix . Add a pinch of salt if you prefer .
3 . Fill a muffin tray with the mixture and place a square of cheese on each muffin .
4 . Bake for 15-18 minutes . The tops should be firm to the touch .
