Leafi’ s food philosophy embraces the seasons, supports good animal husbandry, and practices and favours sustainable produce, working with suppliers who are dedicated to delivering the very highest quality.
They are passionate about supporting local business with at least 80 % of ingredients sourced from independent Kent suppliers. Leafi also operates the bar with a wide choice of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails.
