Cinnamon Culture The Bromley Festival of Music and Speech
Cinnamon Culture Once a Victorian pub, the new( since 2010) owners have transformed a rundown building into a smart, sophisticated, perfectly balanced Indian restaurant, full of the sights and smells of perfect cooking. There are a number of different menus – it depends what you are there for, be it lunch, a Sunday dinner, à la carte or the set dinner menu – but each one is brimming with flavour. Dishes include jingha taco( freshly fried puri topped with tangy tomato and onion masala with garlic and spice marinated chargrilled king prawns); achari ostrich( tandoori ostrich fillet in pickling spices served with rhubarb pickle); pan-seared guinea fowl supreme in a cumin and coconut sauce served on bed of garlic-tempered kale; and daal makhani( a Punjabi speciality of black lentils slow-cooked in cream).
