FATBOY FROM EASTENDERS STARS IN
ROBIN HOOD AT THE
WOODVILLE!
Ricky Norwood, who plays Fatboy in EastEnders, will be making
his panto debut in Gravesend, when he stars as the Sheriff of
Nottingham in Robin Hood and the Babes in the Wood at the
Woodville. And, in what will be Gravesham’s biggest ever Christmas
pantomime, he’ll be joined by chart-topping sisters Keavy and
Edele Lynch from B*Witched.
Keavy and Edele’s brother, Shane Lynch from
Boyzone, starred in the record-breaking Aladdin
at the Woodville last Christmas. When they saw
the show, they were so impressed that they spoke
to producers Magic Beans Pantomimes, about
joining the production this year. Edele said: “I
know Shane has such a great time at Christmas
in panto, and so I decided to have a go myself.
I joined Magic Beans for the tour of Treasure
Island, which came to Gravesend over Easter. It
was my first ever stage show, and I enjoyed every
second. When my sister came to see it she loved
the show, and so when we were offered the
opportunity to do Christmas together, we jumped
at the chance!” Keavy and Edele will play the
Fairy of the Forest and the Witch of the Wood,
in Robin Hood.
Also joining the show will be Britain’s Got
Talent opera singers Kieran and Sarah, as Friar
Tuck and Little John, and back by popular
demand, the hilarious Pearce and Payne will play
Nurse Nellie and Silly Billy Scarlet. Amy Jane
Ollies, who has just spent three months in Channel
4’s Hollyoaks, will play Maid Marian, and Eleanor
Sanders completed the line up, as Robin Hood.
