braised lamb shoulder with aromatic herbs, served
with roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and
rosemary red wine jus); beef stifado (chunky rump
steak, braised with onions, cumin, tomatoes, red
wine and vinegar, served with vegetable rice);
and fregola with mussels and clams (mussels
and clams steamed with olive oil, garlic, chilli,
herbs, fresh tomatoes tossed with fregola). There
is a cocktail menu to enjoy as well!
