Cats // 14 & 15 Aug
Lotus Festival // 15-16 Aug
Inspired by T. S. Eliot's Old
Possum's Book of Practical
Cats, Cats the Musical
comes to the Stag.
Composed by Andrew Lloyd
Webber, the musical tells the
story of a tribe of cats called
the Jellicles and the night
they make what is known as
"the Jellicle choice", and
decide which cat will ascend
to the Heaviside Layer and
come back to a new life.
Winning numerous awards,
including Best Musical at both the Laurence Olivier Awards and the Tony
Awards, the London production ran for 21 years! Don't miss this fabulous
opportunity to see this incredible musical that spawned the hit song "Memory"
and launched the career of Elaine Paige!

great sports and supercars that have left the Norfolk factory gates. Two
special anniversaries, 40 years of the Esprit and the Elise's 20th birthday,
will be marked with displays for both of these iconic cars. The factory's
latest cars and special projects will also be on display, and a busy trade
village will offer everything from memorabilia to complete cars.

the medieval sappers.
From Roman torsion
machines to
trebuchets and the
first gun using black

I’ll Keep Waiting on the Pavement for the Ice Cream
Van to Come // 16 Aug
Ice cream vans are a
British icon. In their
heyday, 20,000
chimed in our streets
but now there are less
than 2,000: ice cream
vans are at risk of
extinction, pushed into
irrelevance through
austerity and social
change, something
that is echoed in so
many other bastions of our cultural identity. I’ll Keep Waiting on the Pavement
for the Ice Cream Van to Come charts the story of the rise and fall of the
ice cream van, and our relationship with what it means to be British, through
the medium of Mr Whippy.
12pm, 2pm, 4pm. Price: £6 (children under 12, £5).
